The property has a wonderful setting overlooking a peaceful valley and is surrounded by vinyards, fields and woodland and offers serene views of the Umbrian hills. There are several walking paths to choose from just outside the front door. The peaceful private setting is one of Villa Serena's best features. |

An ideal location for visiting and exploring Umbria. For example Villa Serena is 6kms from the beautiful town of Todi where the local shops including a Co-op can meet all needs. Nearby there is a lovely park with tennis courts and football pitch. The two main towns of Umbria are 30 minutes away - Perugia to the north and Terni to the south. The ancient and historic Umbrian towns of Assisi, Spello, Spoleto, Orvieto are all around 45 minutes away.
Perugia is a beautiful ancient city dating back to the Etruscans and hosts a world famous Jazz Festival each July. Spoleto hosts open-air classical concerts in the summer. Orvieto is a beautiful ancient town with a dramatic high position. Assisi is the home of St Francis, Terni and Foligno are available for all shopping and commercial needs.
Sienna and Arezzo are around one and a half hours away and Rome and Florence two hours.
